In Makkah and Madinah, we offer different types of hotels for your stay. The specific hotel will be mentioned in our package. However, if you prefer a customized package, you can choose the type of hotel you want to stay in. We can provide accommodations ranging from 3-star to 5-star hotels in both Makkah and Madinah.
How will I know if my booking is confirmed?

When can you check in and out of the hotel?
You can check in at the hotel starting from 5pm, and you need to check out by 2pm. Please note that we can’t guarantee that rooms will be available before 5pm or after 2pm. If your flight arrives earlier than the check-in time on the day you’re supposed to check in, we recommend booking a room for the previous night as well. This way, you’ll have a guaranteed place to stay upon arrival.
Do I need to bring any documents with me when I check in at the hotel?
Yes, you should bring your reservation voucher and a valid ID or passport.
How can I extend my booking?
If you need to extend your booking, simply get in touch with our customer care team and they will assist you with the necessary changes.

When you arrive at the airport, our representative will be there waiting for you. They will be holding a signboard with your name on it. They will meet you, help you with your luggage, and take you to the hotel you have booked.

The minimum age to get a visa is 12 years and above.

What is the difference between a Tourist Visa and an Umrah Visa?
Both visas allow you to perform Umrah, but with an Umrah Visa, you are limited to visiting only Makkah and Madinah. With a Tourist Visa, you have the freedom to travel to other destinations within Saudi Arabia as well.
What are the visa requirements for women who want to perform Umrah and are traveling alone?
For female Umrah aspirants traveling alone, there are certain rules to follow. If a woman is below 45 years of age, she must have a mahram (a male relative, such as a father, brother, or husband) in order to enter Saudi Arabia and perform Umrah. However, women above 45 years of age are allowed to perform Umrah without a mahram.
How long is the Umrah Visa valid for?

How long should my passport be valid in order to apply for an Umrah Visa?
